Empowering Choices Counseling & Consultation, LLC, offers a variety of services from well-trained and experienced counselors. Our multidisciplinary team who has experience working with children through adults, couples, and families. Our counselors provide assessments, therapy, and coordination with outside sources when needed. Within the counseling room, we strive to create an environment of confidentiality where clients have an atmosphere of trust, acceptance, and understanding. During your initial session, your counselor will want to know what brings you into counseling, your history, and what you would like to gain through counseling. They will then begin to develop a treatment plan with you focused on your goals for therapy. Follow up sessions may consist of evaluating progress, addressing new or old concerns, adjusting the treatment plan as needed, and providing education.
