Holly Prze

Hello, my name is Holly. I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology at Dallas Baptist University and a Master of Science in Professional Counseling emphasizing adolescent disorders at Grand Canyon University.

My counseling philosophy is an integrated theory from a Humanistic foundation and includes Person-Centered, Attachment-based, Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), and Play therapy. As a counselor, I use a holistic approach to understand the client, exploring how life experiences have influenced the client’s physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual well-being. I strive to cultivate a safe, judgment-free environment where children and adults have the support to heal, learn and grow.
