Siri graduated from Corban University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology: Family Studies, and completed her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Corban University in 2013.  Her counseling modalities are based on person-centered therapy (PCT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychoanalytic theory, solution-focused therapy, and strengths-based therapy.  Past counseling experiences involved clinical work at Corban University Free Mental Health Clinic and Neurotherapy Systems LLC.  Presently, Siri has been at Empowering Choices Counseling and Consultation since December 2021.   

Siri implements a holistic approach to well-being in the counseling process – addressing the mental, emotional, physical, social, and spiritual aspects of one’s life.  Her clinical focus is on adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma as well as those with ADHD.  Additional future interests include animal-assisted psychotherapy (AAP and EAP) which incorporates horses and dogs into the therapeutic process.
