Tatiana Adams is a graduate of Corban University with a Master of Arts in Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Substance Abuse Counseling from Ohio Christian. As a Registered Intern with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors & Therapists she is working to become a Licensed Professional Counselor. Tatiana interned at the Salem Free Counseling Clinic and worked at Cascadia as a Treatment Specialty II with PSRB clients. She is currently working at Cascadia Behavior Health Care Out Patient Clinic as Case Manager/Counselor III.
Tatiana has experience counseling adults with Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma, including those clients suffering from severe mental illness. She practices Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing Therapy as well as Trauma Informed Approach Therapy.
Having survived the Rwandan genocide, Tatiana understands the pain of losing loved ones compounded by the loss of personal identity upon relocation in a foreign culture. She overcame the challenges of creating a new life despite enormous setbacks and can help you do the same. Tatiana speaks four languages: English, French, Swahili, and Kinyarwanda.
