Eli Rademacher is working on a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University and is preparing to graduate in the spring of 2024. His previous professional experience includes working as a treatment aide with youth and men at a residential addiction treatment program. He practices counseling from a Person-Centered approach, believing that, given the right circumstances, all people have a capacity for and a tendency towards personal growth. In the context of a nonjudgmental, empathetic, and collaborative therapeutic relationship, clients can discover solutions, gain insight, and begin healing. He works with the personal strengths, systems of social support, and spirituality that each person brings into counseling to help them achieve their mental health goals.
